I don't think Condi would take a significant portion of the black vote, problem with the black voting block is that they believe strongly in the "uncle tom"

She could change that "uncle tom" attitude, and besides, Cosby and conservative black FReepers have already shown that it's on its way out bigtime. I often look to black Americans for moral clarity these days.

She's a Republican black with Conservative values. In the modern black community (over 90% of whom voted for Al Gore remember) that clearly makes her a Tom.

Cosby and conservative black FReepers are part of that less than 10%, sadly they don't get to speak for their community, the social leaders that have the black community voting largely in lockstep are hardcore welfare state liberals that have shown they're extremely skilled at belittling and marginalizing people like Rice and Cosby.
