I would think that GWB is one of those people like you say you cannot help liking and can carry a crowd with him with both himself and the crowd enjoying it to the full a great communicator.

Having such a man like him as President, I can't help but wonder where we are going to get a "replacement" in the next election that can even come close to his energy, personality, and love of people! It is going to be a real challenge for the R's! Pray for us over here, snugs, that we find another hero like W!!!

Height at the withers is the same for bitch or dog in Scotties. That doesn't really mean they are the same size. The male is normally heavier in weight and more massive in substance as in any breed of dogs. Scotties are no exception. The Scottie standard allows for the dogs to weigh more than the bitches. Normally that will mean the dogs is bigger regardless of what it says in the standard. Ten inches at the withers is acceptable for both sexes though.
