As for these new-money upstarts Soros and what's-his-name, I already bought and sold the world's water supply long before they embezzled their first billion! Little do these amateurs realize that I own all the real estate in Greenland and Antarctica, so when they attempt to corner the world's water market, suddenly there will be a global demand for snow, whereupon I will announce the opening of ICE, Inc: I'm Capitalizing on Econonsense, Incorporated. . .

See, Mayor Quimby was drunk and thought the Girl Scout Cookie Factory was a front for Girl Scouts. So instead of doing a wire transfer through the NGO, he set up an auction site to presell child labor futures.
He really thought he was being innovative, ordering 10 girl scout futures contracts, at $12000 investment; but he was thwarted by the Trial Lawyers of America who were busy outlawing the Girl Scout Cookie Factory for promoting junk food to raise money.
That, uh, is an outrageous partisan smear. I had no knowledge of the wire transfer, which can be proven by the video tape documenting that I was having an extramarital affair with my secretary Marilyn at the time the transfer occcurred. Furthermore, I have always stood firmly against all plans to, uh, steal the world's water supply and block out our sun. I voted against Mr. Gorbachev's plan before I voted for it.
