A judge cleared the way for federal officials to have a feeding tube inserted in a Cuban exile who is on a weekslong hunger strike to protest his detention as a suspected spy.

We should have told the court in Florida that Terry Schiavo was an American Hating Communist Spy, they would have ordered that feeding tube put back in a heart beat.

The feeding tube should be removed at once. Why not let the prisoner continue on his hunger strike so that if he starves to death, he won't feel any pain. A great idea to clear the beds at Guantanamo!

You are kiding right?

This is not the real deal..I mean this can't be true that judges value a prisoners life over Terri's...

Oh ok yea..maybe it is a factual article now that I think about it.

U.S. District Judge Paul Huck agreed with another judge's order to "involuntarily administer nutrients" to Aboy through a stomach or intravenous tube, and to restrain him if he attempts to remove it.

:-0 Unbelievable! Is this true? If so, isn't it a violation of this man's "right to starve himself"?

A communist spy has more rights than an American citizen. We live in a wonderful country, don't you think? The enemies of America must be kept alive at all costs.
