Yes, he is. Paschal English is an outstanding judge and a very fine man. He is a retired reserve Colonel and a very tough, conservative judge. He would have strung the young animal up if he could have, but had to settle for the harshest penalty the law would allow.
These girls are serial killers in the making. Their vicious lilling of the grand parents shows how easy it was for them to kill. Neither one of them should get another chance to kill anyone.

I surely agree that something needs to happen to these demons. Where is the tipping point beyond which the rest of us cannot monetarily keep up with the prison population. This has to be building up at about the same rate as SS recipients vs SS payers.

Prison to them will be right up there alley-They will have ALL the girls they could ever desire.If they were on death row and had 23 hours alone everyday now that would be a real punishment.
I do think the one girl(That showed remorse) should have a second chance at life in about 30 years from now.They are so easily influenced at that age because they are still children.
-I wonder? Why do child molesters have a Sex Offender Registry but Killers do not get put on a list?
