I need some legal advice from a FReeper so I can help a friend of mine out.
The outline of the help my friend needs is: She is trying to get a no-contact order put on her ex-boyfriend. She has tried before but the judge denyed it because he didn't think that the boyfriend was as bad as she said, and she can't afford to get a lawyer to help her out to try again.
