The one closest to our house said he would be on his deck with binoculars.....
I told him to just bring his bottle of Scotch and we can sit in the chairs in the back yard.....

Yeah, now they're politicised beyond belief.
Hartman was pretty funny, kinda miss hearing his voice in The Simpsons.

Tedy we all call him "Brewski" seems to be doing well but he has kept a very low profile. His first public appearance was at the Fenway opener a few days ago. He does go to the stadium in Foxboro regularly for conditioning (?) and other things but thus far he has not given any serious interviews to an insensitive media who make it a point to criticize him some for that. Vultures they are IMO.
He is a very popular player, and he also does some very cool things off the field. Additionaly, he was corresponding with Pat Tillman after the hero joined the Army. Bruschi has some Arizona roots as did Tillman of course. I could not appreciate a ballplayer more than I do Bruschi. I hope that everything works out for him.

I'm glad I don't recall any of it from after I was born.
Earliest recollections are of around 4 years old.
*yikes*

Proper formatting is our FRiend, my FRiend...
Ray Cornelius's "I'LL NEVER FORGET"
A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN PRIDE HAS BEEN WOUNDED
AND HEALING'S GONNA TAKE A LONG LONG TIME
THIS PAIN MIGHT END SO I CAN GO ON LIVIN'
BUT THESE SCARS WILL STAY FOREVER IN MY MIND
CHORUS
I'LL NEVER FORGET HERO'S CRYING
OR NOW FAMOUS WORDS "LET'S ROLL" ONE LAST TIME
THE SIGHT OF STEEL AND CONCRETE TURNED TO ASHES
HURTFUL MEMORIES THAT WILL HAUNT ME TILL I DIE
VERSE 2
A NATION CRYING OUT FOR GOD'S BLESSING
BAG PIPES PLAYED O'ER LOVED ONES LAID TO REST
YOUNG CHILDREN LEFT WITHOUT A MOM OR DADDY
TRAGIC SCENES FROM LIFE I DON'T WANT TO FORGET
CHORUS
I'LL NEVER FORGET HERO'S CRYING
OR NOW FAMOUS WORDS "LET'S ROLL" ONE LAST TIME
THE SIGHT OF STEEL AND CONCRETE TURNED TO ASHES
HURTFUL MEMORIES THAT WILL HAUNT ME TILL I DIE
