For some strange reason, no one in authority wants to look into the reason why EV1.NET is hosting so much terrorism.

Tolerating terrorism is as bad as the terrorism itself. Someone is really dropping the ball here. Homeland Security, my foot - this is exactly the kind of action (or lack of it) why people have no faith in agencies that are supposed to protect us! Perhaps they're on a prolonged donut break!
