ARTICLE SNIPPET: "BAGHDAD - Iraq security forces have captured a senior insurgent leader related to Izzat Ibrahim, one of the most sought-after men in the country, the government said on Sunday.
Hashim Hussein Radhan al-Jabouri, a nephew of Ibrahims, was captured north of Baghdad on March 7, the government said in a statement. He is believed to have commanded a militant cell in the Zaab river region of northeastern Iraq.
Jabouri, a former officer in Saddam Husseins intelligence services, received funding from Ibrahim to set up his network and carry out insurgent operations, according to the statement.
Ibrahim, one of Saddams top aides, is the most senior member of the former regime still at large. He is number six on the US militarys list of the 55 most-wanted Iraqis, with a $10 million reward offered for his capture."
