Richard Miniter was on FOX news this morning and mentioned that someone else whose name has not yet been released was captured with al-Libbi.
Miniter says that when a captured's name is not released, it usually means he's *talking*.
Yep, I bet he's talking, too.
I couldn't find the second suspect's name anywhere.
