While I'm glad to see the Democrat party called out onto the carpet for their inherent bigotry, half of this story is bad news.
As the plaintive states, this case will become a part of judicial history for years to come. It can also be used to establish precedent in future, across-the-board reparation suits.
I'm half hoping this is appealed and struck down. Better to give them a temporary black eye than to cut all our noses off to spite all our faces.
The case was dismissed. There's nothing to appeal.
