I agree....I was confused at first myself. When I put up the thread I posted the headline that came with the email I got.

The text I posted explains in detail what happened. Even though Perryman's case was dismissed, he was able to get all his facts, on how the Democrat Party has harmed Blacks, into the US legal record.

Also the Democrat Party was required to testify about the charges he made. No surprise that it was a Clinton appointee who dismissed his case.

I understand he intends to appeal.
