Well, in Texas you either are on death row, or in for life (with parole possibilities). There is not life without parole in Texas (yet).

"There is not life without parole in Texas (yet)."

There will NEVER be life without parole, here in Texas, or anywhere else. Anyone with a sentence called "life without parole" is ALWAYS eligible for any of the following:

1) A President's or Governor's pardon.
2) A judge that considers "life without parole" to be cruel and unusual punishment.
3) A future legislature that decides "life without parole" is unfair, and decides to allow parole hearings.

"Life without parole" is a trick by the left, so that they can buy time in getting their killers freed. And remember, Willie Horton had "life without parole" - unfortunately he didn't also have "life without furlough".
