PETA is a joke, and everyone of us here should loudly berate them whenever we encounter them. Ridicule is a powerful weapon in front of bystanders.

PETA is the Al Sharpton of the Animal groups.

I recently had the honor of participating in an anti-PETA protest. The PETA group had staked out an area in a downtown open area for a protest to take place during lunch (complete with a nekkid lady painted as a cow with the cuts of beef drawn on her). Having gone through this the year before we were ready. We had a huge BBQ pit going and passed out brisket, ribs and sausage. Guess who drew the crowd. PETA was pissed. We ate beef and laughed.

Give these nutcases an inch and they'll take a mile.

This is how you treat left-wing agitators - you get up in their faces, and tell them to go to hell. Nike did it to Jesse Jackson a few years ago. Jackson and his ilk tried to shake down the company. The CEO basically told Jackson to stuff it.

These people will never support you no matter how much behind you smooch. SCREW 'EM!

That was EXCELLENT! I've often said I would be an angry nutcase too if I was denied bacon and BBQ.

There are some free-range rude people that even Hannibal Lecter wouldn't eat.

If I can tout my own experience standing up to them--PETA was protesting at the Animal Disease Lab in Ames, Iowa. I knew the media was there, so I went to the BK, picked up a bunch of burgers, got a half gallon of milk too, and offered lunch to the media--reporterettes, and camera guys.

They didn't take it, but liked the idea. Turns out I ended up having a little impromptu discussion with one of the top PETA media guys (you see him on the cable shows a lot). I became the story on the local news-one quote from a reporterette--"PETA got more than they bargained for". They showed me having a pleasant discussion with Mr. Peta while I had my face stuffed with burgers.

Some guys from Iowa State showed up with their own PETA. People for Eating Tasty Animals. They set up a grill and started cooking. It was awesome!

You did something I have always wanted to do. What a better way to protest PETA.

I wonder if we could arrange to have a block party as close to the HQ as we can get and roast a pig :)

Be sure to send an "atta boy" email regarding this fine American to KFC at this address:

http://www.kfc.com/contact.htm

The left is going to try to bury KFC Corporate in complaints.
