Yeah. That will certianly help get proper judges confirmed to the Supreme Court and overturn Roe.

And why would it be important to overturn Roe?. Since babies are just a few mutations away from a monkey then killing them shouldn't be any more wrong than killing a monkey or using it in a scientific lab.

"Since [human] babies are just a few mutations away from a monkey"

No one with even a basic understanding of the Theory of Evolution would ever claim this to be the case. Strawman arguments make up the vast majority of anti-evolution arguments, primarily because those wishing to discredit the ToE have little or no evidence to support whatever it is they believe. That's perfectly alright; people can believe whatever it is they like. If someone out there wishes to believe that I created the world and all the life on it, let me know and I'll tell you all about how I did it. That doesn't mean they get to take my story and use it to play on science's playground. Science has standards and requires evidence and reproducable processing and analysis of that evidence before you even get a foot in the door.

The Theory of Evolution is far from perfect, but thus far it is the best model we have to explain the changes which have occured to life on this Earth. If someone comes up with a theory that makes the pieces of the puzzle fit together better than they do under the ToE, I'll be happy to take a look at it. If there are testable predictions made by it, that's even better. Thus far, every idea seeking to compete with the ToE has been left wanting.

Strawman. Humans are not just a few mutations away from the other apes. We are a distinct species.
