Post 111 contained a few verses from Proverbs, which while meaningful in their own rights, weren't even vaguely related to the subject matter. The only tie-in is that the verses you chose are about a woman, and Judy Blume happens to be a gyno-American. But hey....if you think that you were making sense, that's all that really matters in this age of self-esteem.
Sure they're applicable if you have any knowledge of the Bible. The book of Proverbs is God's instruction book for raising children. Proverbs makes it very clear that children should not be exposed to Judy Blume's garbage, and if they are exposed then they should flee from it due to its danger.
If you have arguments with that then you need to explicitly state where the book of Proverbs meets your position. Otherwise, your beliefs are irrelevent.
