Although she (Ms. V.) has started "trilling" when she's happy, and that's quite nice.

I was thinking about TC and Faith, and praying for them this morning, and decided to come by and check in, and bump the thread. I'm so glad I did!

Thinking about that fantastic TT smile, and Ms. V. "trilling" just lifted my spirits. Sending ((((((cyber hugs))))))!

Update on TC.... Friday evening....

Well we have some good news and some bad news.

TC is still in the hospital and will be for awhile yet. The tube has been left in his lung as it is still draining. Good news... his breathing is easier. He says he doesn't have much pain from it.

The colostomy is bothering him now, but he only has a little bit longer and if all goes according to plans, the bowel will be reconnected and he can get rid of that and the pain from it.

It has been determined that the cancer has spread to his brain BUT the doctor has assured him that "it's no big deal and they can take care of that with no problem"!! Just a couple of years ago....this wouldn't have been the case. So medicine marches on and thank God TC is going to benefit from it.

TC hasn't lost his determination or his fight. He is determined to get out of this hospital and get into some form of treatment as soon as possible. He understands the setbacks... but to him, they're just more hills he has to climb.

I remember being on a roller coaster ride with a tiny infant 2 short years ago.... and now we're riding this ride with Logan's Uncle TC. No wonder these 2 guys are such soul mates!!

We have told TC of all of the well wishes, words of encouragement, and prayers that everyone is posting for him. He appreciates it to say the least. He knows that along this road he has gathered so many friends.. and feels fortunate because of it.

So our special buddy is going to keep on keepin' on and we're all going to keep on praying. Can't beat that combination, can you?

I'll post another update as news comes to me.
