My goodness she is very strong for only a little over 3 months...my granddaughter wasn't holding her head up that good until she was about 5 months...
Does this mean she is gonna be strong-willed? I think so!! LOL
No "gonna be" about it, she already is.

And she's still screaming, although she seems to be running down, just a little. Grandma's got a handle on it. I don't dare go in there right now, lest I interupt the going to sleep process.
Her mother reports she's actually starting to try to scoot on the floor, hasn't quite figured out how to use her arms to help, so she uses her chin instead. :) Yea, I'd say that "strong willed" is an understatement. Fortunately, she's also pretty even tempered, most of the time.
