They are folded! Good maybe he did slight Kofi and deservedly so. I feel the man is evil, self-serving. I wish that the Senate would expadite the approval of Bush's appointees and stop cowtowing to the Dems. Bolton would be a breath of fresh air at the UN.

As an English person I find this Senate Confirmation Hearings very strange as in the UK if an appointment is made it is normally affective immediately. Like for example if the Prime Minister decide to have a Cabinet reshuffle he will announce the new appointment and that day or next day that person will be in the job.

It is more telling/insulting that "W" is not even looking in the direction of the slightee....Eye contact or lack there of tells alot.
