missed that one... i'm onarant so please excuse my indulging.
it is unrealistic and genocidal to believe that we should (or possibly could) whipe islam from the face of the earth.
what needs to be established is a balance, and a level of respect between cultures. this scenario is not new, the romans dealt with this type situation for more generations than have lived since thomas jefferson (times ten). unfortunately for us, it was well documented, not just by the romans; the story is still being replayed in india, israel, turkey....... and everywhere cultures clash...
i wont drop the n bomb, because that destroys a notefile, but they did teach humanity that one lesson that remains prescient within us all. it ain't going to work that way as far as civilized nations go, not to say that it does not work that way in places on earth as we stand here now, just that it will not work that way by us... now or ever.
just ranting, so nice to have this time....

Good point about the balance, but I called for the abolition of militant Islam, the kind that cannot work and play well with others. If these ragheads would only just inflict their false religion on the believers, I could live with it. As I remind people frequently (somewhat less so since I moved from Washington State to Utah), it wasn't Presbyterian church ladies piloting planes into the World Trade Center.
