The problem is cyclical, the #1 indicator of violent crime is not race, its family structure. Kids from single parent households are more likely than AA's to commit a violent crime (there is intersection but this is not a sub set relationship).
Why cant 4th graders read? its because a lack of parental involvement in the home this happens because the AA community has been conditioned to believe that the govt will take care of them, and by extension teach their kids.
So we have a set of people who were enslaved, and forbidden to learn for 400 years. We then had the 'equality' of lower standards pushed no them which which told them they needed our help to succeed. Is it any wonder that many turn to drugs / crime to escape, and the govt is there to 'catch' the kids teaching them that life should be 'fair'.

Sorry but you are not quite seeing the problem clearly. The problem is simple hate. It's biggotry against whites and being anything like them. I walk in my hood and 1 out of 2 blacks I meet will give me a dirty look. Sometimes even more. And it's because I'm white. If whites are going to be good in school, blacks won't, if whites are going to wear their pants right, blacks won't, if whites are going to marry the women they have sex, blacks won't. Sure, here at work I'm surrounded by the best of blacks that are wonderful citizens, because they don't hate whites. But in my hood, it's a very sad and different story.
