Yes, "for the common good" and "promoting the general welfare as enshrined in the constitution" stuff...Sounds Marxist somehow...(how do you define kook?)

Let's put aside for one moment 'how' the Rove presentation came into their hands. And let's not worry about whether the presentation was a plant or real. For they thought it was real and that is what counts.
Obviously Kerry was involved. Matter of fact, there were several articles out there about this meeting and there is no dispute that Kerry was involved.
Why isn't Kerry held responsible for allowing unauthorized people to review this presentation?

I don't think it matters if the presentation was real or a plant. THEY thought it was real and those in position of power allowed the presentation to be reviewed by unauthorized people.
This is not a crime?

Well lets just hope you never have a serious illness, accident or other negative event in your lifetime that affects your income.... (of course 70% of people will have an event like this occur in their lives over any 10 years) and find credit card companies won't accept your attempts to pay them and harrass you and your family illegally to collect their debts.
Who knows, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who will manage getting through your entire lives without one of these things happening to you.

Reminds me of my younger days when i was caught with alcohol underage, when asked where i got it i promptly replied "I found it in the woods!"
The cop didn't believe it then and i certiantly dont believe it now.

Why isn't Kerry held responsible for allowing unauthorized people to review this presentation? For the same reason that Sandy Scissorhands just got a slap on the wrist for stuffing documents in his underoos.

"What really got him energized was the foreign policy of this administration," Soros's chief of staff and political advisor, Michael Vachon, told me. Actually, Soros admitted last May that it was GW Bush's Christianity that he despised.
