Actually, the leftist stronghold in Kansas is neighboring Douglas County, home to the University of Kansas. Only parts of Johnson County are bluish, and they are the older, poorer areas. I live in Overland Park, a very Bush-friendly area of JoCo.

I actually live in an "older bluer" area of NE Johnson Co. and the average home price is $350,000, so the pro-gay agenda is particularly highest in mine as well as surrounding small cities (less wealthy/wealthier but common denominator - 2Catholic Parishes who really preach pro-gay "love" and both Parishes have had Priests who have been implicated in molestations of young men and boys.)

Probably would also have area residents who are interested in having a NAMBLA gathering.
