Congratulations! (To a liberal, a moderate appears extreme.)An extremist is one who bases their opinions on facts, not hyperbole

Little chance of reward. Left wide open for ridicule. Perhaps even a death threat now and then put on a few of us. Sounds great!
How many homes of our founding fathers were burned down? The homes of the original Minutemen? They suffered far worse than we do currently. And talk about health care problems. I guess we could ask them what poor health care was like, then.
We could suffer the same as they did one day, especially if we lose our grasp of Truth. "Seek the Truth, and the Truth will set you free!"

Do you want probate judges having these powers? In this case, the alternative would have been allowing Michael Schiavo to exercise that power. Would that have made you feel better?

I've been called a "bible thumpin" baptist (I'm Christian).
I guess I'll have to work harder.....

Does it matter who ordered her murder? No. She was murdered. When food and hydration are removed from any living thing, it dies, it was killed.
The state was not ordering death. It was simply determining whether TS's legal guardian had the power to order her feeding tube removed.
You need to make up your mind.
The court ended up making the final determination in this case.
snip
The state was not ordering death.

Here we go, the meaning of "is" defense. So, in your mind, someone in a wheelchair is exactly the same as someone who is braindead and on a respirator?

James Madison - "We've staked the whole future of American civilization not on the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future ...upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God. The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded." I'm glad so many of us belong to this groups of religious zealots, fanatics, and stubborn extremists! : )
To: Jim Robinson
"That puts you in the company of extremist folks like George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Ben Franklin, & Co."
Oh, no! Not those Liberty-lovin' freaks, LOL! I love your site, Mr. R. It's the best forum I've come across in a very long time. Thank you! And yes, a Freep-a-thon check is in the mail. :)

Tell me where and when she was on a respirator.
Tell me when she was conclusively proven to be 'braindead'.
Give links.

That does not mean, however, that the government sentenced her to death. You *can't* be that intellectually dishonest, can you??

In this case, the alternative would have been allowing Michael Schiavo to exercise that power. Would that have made you feel better?Certainly not. The Florida Constitution guarantees a trial by jury to those who request it and that amendment makes no distinction between a civil or criminal trial.
To: Jim Robinson; Extremely Extreme Extremist
Yes, but are you an Extremely Extreme Extremist??? ;-)
To: k2blader
Yes, he can.
See the rest of his posts in thread.

Make up your mind, either the state ordered her death or it didn't.
You've contradicted yourself.

To: lugsoul
What a sick response.
Carrying your post out to its logical conclusion would mean you believe anyone who is murdered by his/her spouse "deserved" it simply for marrying.
