(BTW, Do you use Photoshop or another program? Not that I'd want to learn a complicated program, but all I have for graphic images are the free ones and they seem pretty limited.)

Playin' catchup here. Sorry I'm so slow. I was away for a bit and had 'puter problems when I got back. Finally got my maintenance done and way behind here now.I use PhotoDeluxe and got it cheap via eBay. ~$14 is all.

I was born in the USA. My mother and father were both born in Oslo. Mom lived on Shublersgate (spelling wrong, probably). I don't know where my dad and grandmother lived. Much of my mother's family were from Hvaler (Vadholm cottage). I found out to my horror (smile) that they were swedish speaking FINNS, not true Norske. I went to Oslo for a month back in 1983 and loved it.
Were you descended from Vikings?
Hmm, I don't know. Weren't all of us??? I am descended from Roald Amundson on two sides of the family but I'm not sure about the Vikings. How could I find out?

I'm pretty sure I didn't descend from Vikings. I have Irish in me. Ireland was pretty associated from Vikings.
One way to find out if you have Viking in you is to do a geneaology search. There are several free online ones. At the least it would be interesting.
You could also check your preference for spam. :)
