I borrowed it from a fellow FReeper, who posted on a troll zot thread like this one. I asked for and received permission to use any or all of it as appropriate, so I extend the same courtesy to anyone who shows an interest. I believe it has been through quite a number of hands, at least one or two of which must have been Marine Drill Instructors. Each 'owner' tweaks and personalizes it a bit so it seems to have grown rather than been written.
