I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

A protest is being planned outside the Heritage Springs Golf and Country Club in New Port Richey, Florida, Thursday night, May 5, where Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer is scheduled to receive the “Special Justice Award” from the West Pasco Bar Association as part of the group’s Law Week observance.
Protestors are asked to meet outside the club at 11345 Robert Trent Jones Parkway New Port Richey, at 5 p.m. Thursday. The awards banquet to honor Greer is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
Governor Bush Is Just Following Orders

Governor Jeb Bush, R-Florida, was pained to say he had done all he could do legally. Bush said he wouldn’t ‘break the law’ to save Terry Schiavo. Bush wouldn’t, couldn’t, shouldn’t because he is just obeying orders. The Governor of Florida follows orders from a Pinellas County Circuit judge. In matters of life and death. In issues of cruel and unusual punishment. When due process is denied.
The Constitution of Florida says The People are sovereign –like kings. The People of Florida vest the supreme executive authority in a governor in their constitution. Unless, apparently, a judge orders otherwise. In fact a Circuit Judge, whose limited jurisdiction is listed in the Florida constitution can order every administrative and police official across the state of Florida to ‘freeze, boy. Do as I order, hear?’ So, when a child takes water to a starving, dehydrated disabled woman, the kid is arrested by deputies. They’re just following orders.
Good Germans followed judges and other officials in obeying the law of the land 60 years ago. Good Americans today, it appears, also obey the law of the land. The law of the land is whatever a black robed priest-king, called judge, says it is. Ask Gov. Bush where in the Florida Code a Circuit judge can deny a woman food and water unto death. Yet, clearly, it’s a violation of Chapter 825 of the Florida Criminal Code to abuse and neglect a disabled person, Terry Schiavo, by starvation.
The Florida Constitution states The People have the God-given right to life for all individuals – regardless of disability. Unless an elected lawyer in costume, a judge, says the law of the land is to kill a brain-damaged woman slowly. The abuse of a disabled person by failing to provide nutrition is a felony in Florida. Unless, of course, a judge says ‘follow my orders’ and won’t permit her family to take a picture of her suffering.
Lawful Germans just followed the orders of Nazi Human Secularists. Loyal Russian, Chinese, North Korean, Eastern European, Cambodian, and Vietnamese carried out the orders of Communist Human Secularists. Americans serve Liberal Human Secularism if a judge orders. If a judge ordered a black man lynched, it would be the law of the land.
Why not? Gov. Bush would be so sorry, really, but couldn’t do anything if a judge gave an order. But, a judge would never do such a thing, right? The difference between lynching and abortion is proportion and status. One black man dies or 40 million babies die (so far) on the word and writ of robed masters. No one in the executive or legislature used their constitutional powers. Everyone just followed orders.
Abortion was a state medical-legal issue, but five judges out of nine on the U.S. Supreme Court made up a right to privacy. It’s written in the U.S. Constitution like the requirement to starve Terry Schiavo to death is in the Florida Constitution and Code. Look and see.
March 28th, 2005 we will see if the U.S. Congress which ordered a subpoena for Terry Schiavo and a new Federal judicial review of her case will follow the orders of Pinellas County Circuit judge. George Greer dismissed the subpoena, backed by the U.S. Code – it’s the law, with a wave of his hand. Just as he denied Terry Schiavo her freedom of religion to receive communion, until her adulterous husband – and Greer’s campaign contributor - relented for Easter. The Federal judges ignored the law the U.S. Congress passed and the President of the U.S. signed for new look at the case. They rule.
The elected Federal Legislature and Executive is having their bluff called. Attorney General Janet Reno sent in armed men against a Florida court order to take Elian Gonzales from his dead mother’s wishes and loving family to return the child to communist slavery in Cuba. Perhaps, Republicans in power just posture.
Reasonable people and unreasonable people, sometimes known as lawyers, disagree on Gov. Bush using his executive power. They fear a Constitutional crisis. Too late. Judge Greer started the crisis, this Dred Scot, with his judicial tyranny. The judge would hold the Governor in contempt. It would take an Andrew Jackson or Abraham Lincoln to be so bold. But, Jeb Bush, nice guy that he is, well-meaning man, and good Catholic, is no ‘Old Hickory’ and no “Honest Abe’. Jeb, like every defendant at Nuremburg save one, pleads ‘not guilty’ because he is just following orders.

No Mr. Felos, You’re the Thug
As I write this, the feeding tube has been removed from Terri Schiavo after Circuit Judge George Greer ordered the hospice staff to disregard a congressional subpoena. Members of congress have since reached an agreement to try to save Schiavo with a deal that would allow her case to be reviewed by federal courts. A compromise bill, between the Senate and the House, if agreed upon by both chambers, could very soon be heading to President Bush for his signature by Monday.
The drama has seen many twists as Terri’s parents try to save her, while her husband, who has children by his girlfriend, tries to end her life because it is what Terri “wishes”. Of course, knowing what Terri wishes is a little difficult, as she never left any written word, and we only have the husband’s word that she would wish to be starved and dehydrated to death – which is exactly what will happen if the feeding tube is not reinserted.
Michael Schiavo’s attorney, George J. Felos, urged everyone involved to do nothing so that Terri might “go in peace”. But there is nothing peaceful nor tranquil about starvation and dehydration. CNS News reports that Dr. David Stevens, a medical doctor with a masters in bioethics, described the process this way, “She's likely to become dizzy and begin to have cramping in her arms and legs. That's because her electrolytes, her sodium, potassium and other electrolytes in her blood start getting out of whack because of lack of fluids…As it progressively gets worse, what happens [are] the physical signs. Her blood pressure will drop, her heart rate will pick up. She'll actually, ultimately go into shock.”
Mr. Felos apparently isn’t too concerned about the slow traumatic death that will be Terri’s without her feeding tube – with him it’s all about the “right to die”. You see, Mr. Felos is a “leader” in the field, having written books about the subject. I suppose according to Mr. Felos, we should all have the “right to die”, even when there is no record of our choosing to do so, and even when we’re still capable of breathing on our own. For Terri does breathe without aid of a respirator. She simply needs a feeding tube to provide for her sustenance.
We’re living in a time when things have been turned upside down – we have liberal groups opposing the death penalty for convicted murderers who have cruelly taken the lives of their victims in horrific fashion, but who at the same time support the killing of the innocent through abortion on demand, even in the third trimester through the gruesome procedure known as “partial birth abortion”. Now, the whacko left can’t satisfy itself by killing just those within the womb – with the Shiavo case it has extended itself to those outside as well. One can only wonder what’s next.
As for Mr. Felos, he made a statement Friday where he called the efforts by Congress to save Terri Schiavo’s life, “thuggery”. Excuse me…thuggery? Evidently Mr. Felos has fallen through Alice’s looking glass once too often. The lawmakers who are trying to keep Terri from being starved to death are no thugs, they’re the good guys - Felos is the one doing everything he can to kill an innocent woman. If there’s a thug in this scenario Mr. Felos, it is you.

They never showed the singer -- they had a heartbreaking slide show of Terri, her family, the protestors at the hospice and MRS' home, all the signs, and ended with the last time the Pope came to the window -- brought back all the memories.

Their "offense" is that they will not toe the liberal line
on the bench. Both women even voted to uphold their states'
law requiring parental consent for abortion, and that has
really rankled their Senate opponents -- Hillary Clinton,
Chuck Schumer, Barbara Boxer and the others. No matter what
you have done to help end filibusters so far, please take
time to do two things right now. Tell your senators to stop
the filibusters and vote for Justice Brown and Justice

TERRI SCHIAVO AFTERMATH POMPOSITY
It was difficult to locate the Heritage Springs Country Club but I got there. The protest turned out okay considering the rain stopped, there were guards blocking one of the entrances and we were in a construction area and could have been arrested for felony trespass but left when warned. WE FOLLOW THE LAWS.
Meanwhile, the criminal felon F.S. 825.102 (Judge Greer) thanked the fools (who prop him up - they are his life support) for not allowing "his friends outside" in. They didn't speak Terri's name, they only spoke inside of following guidelines. That was no guideline, Terri was an innocent woman.
That was per Tampa Tribune today's edition... But, they were fair and balanced and put quotes in re: "Greer being a murderer and by awarding him they were all spitting on Terri's grave."
Bay News 9 announced in a promo with Terri Schiavo's name on the screen that they were developing news about an award for Judge Greer but not everyone is happy about it. THEY SPIKED IT. It must have been too powerful for them or someone told them to kill the story. Different day, same old S#%T.
Local Fox 13 Affiliate did a more than fair piece on the Special Justice Award. They showed the protesters, interviewed a freeper and picked a soundbite that stressed "the killing of a human being", then for counterpoint, they showed Greer crony Denis de Vlaming from inside his office who said something like: I feel so sorry for him and by law, he can't even speak about it.
Poor baby, what a horrible ordeal it is when one sets in motion to take someone's life, to destroy a political party and to do this repeatedly without redress. AND I PAY HIS SALARY AND WILL PAY HIS PENSION. Poor, pitiful pawn.
It was a success because the IDIOT mentioned us inside.
