Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.
Thanks, FV
The ACLU, Planned Parenthood, People For The American Way, Americans United For Separation of Church and State and their allies in the Senate are ready to block--by filibuster--every judicial nominee who doesnt support their liberal agenda. People for the American Way alone has already raised $2,000,000 and has a war room in Washington staffed by 50 people.
A vote to end their filibustering will soon be taken. The vote will be to abide by the Constitution and require a simple majority of votes cast, or-- as the liberals want-- to require 60 votes to end their filibuster. This will be the most important vote taken in this session of Congress. Dont let a minority of 40 Senators and their liberal, activist cohorts on the bench set the precedent that a devout Christian is unfit and automatically disqualified as a federal judge.

She just asked a questions about having to go through their lawyers?
Personally I would think if one wanted to do a service to help Terry on a message board .. there wouldn't be any need to bring lawyers into it
TEJ is doing a valuable service and I should have posted TEJ's posting guidelines when I started this thread to begin with. I forgot for April. I'll make sure to include TEJ's posting guidelines at the top of the May thread if it's allright with scoop1.
Fair enough?
Jacksonville should vote King out of office if they can't recall him. Then, he won't be able to obstruct or fashion any new law to benefit his parasitic death lobby and their legal counsels, and of course the parasitic ACLU. Jim King is the host and they are well you know....
Richard Labelle is with the Advocacy Center for the Disabled in Pinellas County.
Bishop Lynch's attorneys are Higham & DiVito who donated to Greer's campaign.
Just two things Delay needs to know. Labelle refused to investigate Terri because he couldn't get Michael's permission. Baloney. He's a Greer supporter! This is so prevalent that I can't even begin to explain the depth and breadth. The Feds can do that.
Thanks for the memorial card. It was perfect. Where there's life, there's hope. She's at peace now that she's out of the hands of those three.
Was there a discussion about the A&E program last night on Terri? I refused to watch it knowing it'd be full of lies, but just wanted to hear what those here thought of it.
I do know for a fact that Michael S. worked at McDonalds. The loveable monster.
They have a hit counter. If their stuff is read here, then what's the point of having a web site or a hit counter? That's all.
DCF cleaned up their file(s).
Thought so.
It seems that way because it is that way. There are a few good Dems too, as well as Republicans. The parties as a whole run on so much inertia and have so much power that it makes no difference. Those with conscience get thrown overboard immediately.
I'll support Delay as an individual who's doing what's right and not because of his party affiliation.
If it wasn't for FR, I would never have heard about that site to read what they have to say
No biggy .. I won't be visiting there any more .. I don't need to worry about lawyers

MSNBC Updated: 2:38 a.m. ET April 5, 2005While the religion of Tom Cruise and John Travolta has been getting some tough press in recent days, its also been lauded by President Bushs brother.
Florida Governor Jeb Bush raised eyebrows among the critics of the sometimes controversial religion recently when he honored Scientology volunteers who helped victims of hurricanes in his state.
Members of the group which was put in the spotlight this week by the New York Daily News for its alleged anti-homosexual philosophy were given a Points of Light Award as Hurricane Heroes. Scientology volunteers have been high profile at disaster scenes recently, distributing food and water, as well as delivering controversial touch assist healings that supposedly help victims through the laying on of hands.
The Bush brothers have both been good to some groups that have been called cults, says Rick Ross of CultNews.com. Governor Bush has recognized Scientology while his brother in the White House has actually appointed a follower of Reverend Moon [David Caprara] to dole out tax payer money through the so-called faith-based initiative. Seems to me like the fox guarding the henhouse.
FV SAYS: FV is speechless. Money talks?
That's what they did in WW2 Germany. They patted each other on the back for getting through the tough vork of exterminating human beings. I don't know where Jeb honored the scientologists but it may have been right here in Pinellas. He was at the airport opening a new airside this weekend.
Poor Jeb, lost part of his base has to hang with scientologists.
Scientologists are friends of Judge Greer is my point. Outside of that, they are entitled to believe that stuff.
Here's the 21 Florida Senators that VOTED AGAINST TERRI
1) Alexander (R),(2) Argenziano (R),(3) Aronberg (D), 4) Bennett (R)(5) Bullard (D),6) Campbell (D), 7) Carlton (R),8) Dockery (R),9) Geller (D),10) Hill (D), 11) Jones (R)(12) KING** (R),13) Klein (D),14) Lynn (R), 15) Margolis (D),(16) Miller (D),17) RICH (D),18) Saunders, (R),(19) Siplin (D),20) Smith (D),21) Wilson (D) (formatting is weird but they are numbered)
FLORIDA HOUSE MEMBERS VOTED AGAINST HER TOO. I don't have that list. Most were in her County. No surprise there including former Sheriff Everett Rice who wants to be the Florida's next Attorney General.
Catch you freeps later. FV
Many other politicians have had relatives on payroll, etc. Yet no big fuss. You cannot give in to bullies. They will keep demanding more and more. And strange how some of the people who defended Clinton when he was dividing the nation, causing a great turmoil, are now among the most vocal in screaming about DeLay.
BTW, Supreme Court justices, such as Bader, have accepted huge gifts. Judge Greer received contributions from sources that made him have a conflict of interest in Terri's case.
