Count me out.

Sounds more like a lousy money making proposition, than a "welcome home party"...

Wrong time, wrong place, wrong approach....

The right time, was then.
The right place, was at the airports and ports of entry..
The right approach was a smile and friendly word...

The past can not be rewritten....
The scene has been filmed, and is in the can for all time..
The insults and vulgar reception of those - many of whom lost dearly loved brothers at arms --- can not be retracted by some silly party in Branson.

Americans needs acknowledge that fact - accept any personal responsibility and prevent it ever happening again...

.

30 years later...

America is finally on to the Media "Giants" that fooled us into leaving the Free People of South Vietnam behind to their fate at the hands of invading Communist bullies from the North.

America's now celebrating American Soldiers who were so wronged long ago helps cement the deal in people's minds and futher protects our troops now...

fighting for the...
Freedom of others...
in a new Century...
with an enemy...
that's now just...
around the corner...
and up your street...
with our own Freedom...
now directly at stake...
here at home.

BRANSON = CLARITY

I hear you. I also know I was only a little kid at that time and I am thouroughly ashamed when I read accounts of what happened back them. If I could say or do anything to help in the healing I would. Welcome home, for what it's worth.
