Well that's news to me and probably quite a few Orthodox. We can only accept Eucharist from the Orthodox Litergy and Orthodox priests.
Let me rephrase that: the RC Church allows for Eastern Orthodox to accept the Eucharist at RC Churches, but encourages them to defer to their Metropolitans/Bishops. Of course, since every Orthodox Church I know of forbids its members from taking communion at an RC Church, its pretty meaningless what the Pope says on this issue.
