Well, ...... RESPOND!

No guts?

WPPPPPPPFFFF was a weak idea at first. To think that you gravitated there is just lame!

You covet intelligent thought, but you hid like a mouse.

No bad vibes on the mice............... some of you WPPPPPFFFF'ers are just soft.

FR is stronger and better without silly "hideouts" like that!!!!!

;-)

Remember it is my vote to cast for whom I please.

That is true.

I was upset about the lack of courage by some Republican politicians. There were a lot of them who worked very hard to save Terri, they just didn't resort to violent tactics (advocated by some here on FR) to try and change the course of events.
I appreciate everything that Jeb, GW and Republican (and some Democrat) Congress men and women did to try and save Terri. I think to disparage them so completely is wrong. How are you going to keep them engaged in this fight if you attack everything they tried to do?
Yes, some seemed to flinch at the last... but maybe for good reason. The left was set to battle this tooth and nail. They were salivating at thought of using this so-called 'constitutional crisis' to beat the Republicans with. The MSM were complicit in misrepresenting (as they always do when the cause is conservative) the issues in this case. It seems more likely that the Republicans who truly do believe in the sanctity of life were caught in a fight they knew they could not win. This does not mean however that they will not be back to do battle on this issue again (and hopefully on firmer ground).
Terri was murdered by decree of an elected Florida State judge. Who should be held accountable? I would say the people of Pinellas County who elected him and stood by letting him kill an innocent woman.
In the meantime, I will remain in the Republican party, the one party that does still respect a right to life. The one party that can offer any hope of reining in those who seek to establish a culture of death.

The notion, for example, that poor Terri Schiavo will cost Republicans votes in a year and a half's time is ludicrous.

The Republicans did the right thing here, and they won't be punished for it by the electors.

11/8/06 Step1 Done
Step 2 Clinton (or Rat of equal persuasion) 2008(rise of terrorism - large local attack)
Step 3 CSR’s (‘Common Sense Republicans’) come to their senses - and it begins again.

see you in 2 years!
