The usual protocol is, when you leave a job with a clearance, you are "de-briefed" - I know about this, as I just went through this procedure two days ago, when I retired from a major aerospace contractor.
This might be a fitting treatment for the little Sandy Burglar creep, except, don't expect me to watch!!!
