When I turned it on, they were interviewing Cpl Michael Oreskovic.
This man lost an arm in Iraq. He's handling the lib interviewer's questions very well, and hitting them clear out of the park!
Example (para-phrased, not verbatim):
Interviewer: "So how does this effect your career plans?" (duh)
Cpl Oreskovic: "Well I want to return to my unit, but they say I can't."
Interviewer: "And do they allow you any say in this decision?" (Is this "fair"?)
I don't remember his reply, but it was great!
She also asked him something like about why don't we make a "negotiated withdrawl". He hit that out of the park as well. The woman interviewing him is a real ditz, and no matter how she leads him, he is STILL defending our country.
We owe these people so much!
I am still amazed at the courage and patriotism of these heroes.......Bless them all and always!
Did you catch any of the show on CSPAN? Every one they've had on has rocked!
What did you expect from Connie. She gives face time and credence to an idiot who claimed the holocaust never happened!!
Not military whiners, but people in general who think they have it soo tough if their commute takes five minutes longer or their elevator is out and they have to walk up two flights, etc.
