So has Charles apologized to Camilla's first husband? I read this past week that a bishop of the CofE said it is a requirement for the blessing of their marriage. Call me cynical, but I doubt the apology will happen and I would visit the bookmaker to bet they still get the blessing.

Chris Leslie, the constitutional affairs minister, will confirm tomorrow that she will be given all her husband’s titles. The list includes Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, Duke of Rothesay, Earl of Carrick, Baron of Renfrew, Earl of Chester, Lord of the Isles and Great Steward of Scotland.

I prefer the Barroness Renfrew, myself.

I've got to admit the whole Charles Dianna thing lost it's luster with me years ago. Enough already. Having said that, the Camilla fascination is going to have a shelf-life about the half-life of a gnat.

CAMILLA Parker Bowles will be given the title Princess of Wales when she marries Prince Charles on Friday, the government will announce tomorrow.

Thank G-D in heaven! Long live the Queen! Long live the Prince! Long live...uhhhh....mmmm....ME!

I'm so relieved by this news that I'll get my first night of sleep since.......last night.

Does this mean she will be the Great Stewardess of Scotland???

She's going to make an excellent Princess of Wales. How hard can that job be, anyway?

Mr. & Mrs. Dowdy -- a perfect couple.
Theirs is more of a fairy tale come true. They are so happy. Diana and Dodi were more of a fairy tale come true. THEY seemed so happy together. The Diana-Charles marriage was a fairy tale.
Mom should have let Charles marry Camilla 25 years ago, when he wanted to. Daina's parents, family and friends shouldn't have let her marry Charles. It seemed that everyone in the kingdom knew Charles loved Camilla except Diana.

Now it's Mr. & Mrs. Dowdy -- a perfect middle-aged couple.

Some how I can't imagine Charles as king or Camilla as queen. In fact I can't image the British monarchy lasting past its current queen. And just as well I think. The Brits should have rid themselves of that expensive dinosaur after WWII.
