Our President and First Lady are such beautiful examples of Christian manhood and womanhood. My respect for both of them just keeps growing.....
The whole world will sorely miss Pope John Paul and his moral leadership. I can truly say........even though I am an Evangelical Protestant........that I loved this man. I am so thankful that his suffering is over, and that he is at rest with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
A week of sorrow, but also of great triumph!

A week of sorrow, but also of great triumph! Indeed both Terri and John Paul II suffering is over and they are now whole once again.

I am not familiar with Catholic beliefs, and I ask this with all due respect . . . do Catholics believe the Pope will go to Purgatory before he enters Heaven, or does he go straight to heaven?
I, too, am very glad he is not suffering anymore. The accounts of his last days have brought tears to my eyes more than once. Beautiful accounts.
