I agree with Dave on this one. I dont think WE have a "right" to know. The rules are set up in these cases to protect innocents from being railroaded. These are not sinister issues to put the fix on anyone.

Many folks have made assumptions and disregarded information that is found in older court filings because they dont fit in with their view of how things should have been done.

Read the court documents. Read them objectively. Your ideas of how folks have behaved might not supported.

WE do have the right to know, Greer is re-creating law or at least how the laws on the books can be used to dispose of those people like Terri Schiavo by those people like Michael Schiavo, regardless of the wishes of her own flesh and blood and family.

Judge Greer made Terri Schiavo the sole property of her husband even though he had abandoned her to a death house and found a new wife to give him a family.

Why should we have the right to know, because it could happen to any of us as well.
