I'd bet a dollar to a cake donut that every one of these reports emmanated from a source within the family that became so vehemently hostile to Michael after he petitioned the court in 1997 for removal of the feeding tube.

Pinellas county, Florida subhuman murderer uncertified Judgenfuhrer Greer:
"We are exempt from all rules.
The US Constitution - We have ignored it.
18 USC Section 1505 - We have ignored it.
Title 2 of the US code - We have ignored it.
Florida Statute 765.309 which prevents mercy killing and assisted suicide - We have ignored it.
Florida Statute 744.3215 which requires that incapacitated people cannot be deprived of food and water - We have ignored it.
Florida Statute 765.404, which says that clear and convincing evidence of the ward's intent for medical treatment must be established - We have ignored it..
We conspired to murder her to celebrate Holocaust Remembrance Month.
What are you --and the pussies in Congress-- gonna do about it?"

I agree - the left really bit off more than they can chew this time. This backlash will be devastating to the democrats.

I've seen article after article (even outside America) saying this is a tipping point for America.

The left will hope that we just forget about this in a couple of weeks. But I just get the impression that this just isn't going to happen.

If they felt like underdogs before, they're going to get the grand chance here soon to have it multiplied time, and time over. I'm not certain what's going to happen, but as a nation, we'll "go to hell" if we don't make sure that those responsible aren't brought to account, and that this doesn't happen again.

What about the multiple nurses' Affidavits alleging abuse.
Think they are family, too, Colonel?

"It's very troubling that the hospice nurses have said that they had to sneak basic care to Terri, behind Schiavo/ Greer's back"

Hospices are not in the business of keeping people alive. They are in the business of letting people die "peacefuly"(and quickly)The patient was taking too long to die, thus, she needed help in dying quickly. Baby boomers take heed, we are going to overwhelm the healthcare system and this will be our fate. When you become inconvenient, you will be expendable by whatever means

I wonder why court after court denied the recent appeals?

For the same reasons sharks don't eat their own. Professional courtesy. Remember all of these judges are also lawyers.

I've always said MS looks sleezy in ever single picture I've seen of him. He reminds me of a cheesy lounge lizard. The really creepy thing is the brothers I've seen all look just like him...maybe a little fatter or a little more gray but they have that same cheesy look about them.

"The left will hope that we just forget about this in a couple of weeks. But I just get the impression that this just isn't going to happen."

I couldn't agree more. Rush was talking about this and said he believes this is going to be a very bad thing for the dems - especially since Hillary has been out there trying to modify her message - and was so obviously absent during the past few weeks.

I also agree - this may be the final call for America.

GOD does call "nations" to HIS purposes - and America has always been willing to answer - and I firmly believe we will answer this time also.

I love Tom DeLay's rapid ramping up of concern about the courts - realizing they have public support. We must be patient - because the dems will do ANYTHING to stop this assault against the judiciary.

We need more repubs in the senate who will NOT side with the dems. 2006 is right around the corner and we need to get busy challenging GOOD MEN to take on these dem idiots.

Not particularly. Terri is dead.

Once the murder is over, and the victim is safely dead, it's all over as far as you are concerned?

Maybe no one is protecting the husband. Just doing their job.

Just following orders, huh? That excuse never has worked.

She was only supposed to be in a Hospice for 6 months.

But the award was to care for her for decades.

The money went to the pseudoJudge and the lawers and the Hemlock Society and Scientoloty apparently --- and not the victim of this murder.

Instead she was tortured BUT never admitted correctly to the Hospice.

Below is Terri's Hospice Certificate for Woodside Hospice House (***)

NOTA BENE: Please notice the following:
1) NO physician signed this Certificate for Woodside Hospice House.

ERGO: Michael Schiavo and Greer acted without a medical license.

ERGO: They had to murder her and cover it up.

2) Look at the "Terminal Diagnosis.
It appears to have been changed after the fact. It was clearly written while the
rest was typed, AND in a handwriting different from the rest.

In medical records, that is a sign of tampering. I bet whiteout is underneath.

3) The Certificate states she will live less than 6 months.
Yet they took $$$ from the insurance company(ies?)
and you know the rest.

ERGO: They apparently had to murder Terri to cover it up.

I wouldn't be surprised.

And .. here where I live - San Diego - this is a huge retirement center - but mostly of military retirees - a lot of whom are Christians.

Judicial Tyranny.

Lawyers and Lawyers with IQs of 50 (Judges) sincerely believe that rules do not apply to them.

"Maybe no one is protecting the husband. Just doing their job."

Well .. you just go right on believing that .. and you'll be equally deceived about a lot of other things too.

"Rationalize it however you want, but nothing justifies the starvation of a person who is physically healthy"

The fact they had the PVS law on their side - still is not justification for me.
