I thought there was no statute of limitations on MURDER.

If you are sad enough to believe that there was a murder here then it was judically sanctioned and no one can be brought on charges for it. SCOTUS approved.

If you are saying that Micheal did her in 15 years ago, then you are trying to have it both ways...according to most on this thread she was a healthy woman until they quit feeding her. So Michael is covered for whatever happened years ago because of statute of limitations. Cant be touched for anything these past few years because that is judicially sanctioned. Time to move on.

"The FL State can investigate into the Terri's death with hearings. It is the law. All records can be subpoenaed"

Greer will bring in the Sandy-Burglar first.

"I'd bet a dollar to a cake donut that every one of these reports emmanated from a source within the family that became so vehemently hostile to Michael after he petitioned the court in 1997 for removal of the feeding tube."

I doubt it. If that were the case, they would be broadcast all around the world by the media.

I do know that some tests take weeks to complete.

WE do have the right to know, Greer is re-creating law or at least how the laws on the books can be used to dispose of those people like Terri Schiavo by those people like Michael Schiavo, regardless of the wishes of her own flesh and blood and family.

Greer did no such thing. He ruled on the evidence presented to him and the law of the state of Florida. Those who dont like the law should beat up the legislature to change it. Those who dont like the judge to decide it should jump in their time machine and get the Schindlers lawyer to file a request for a jury trial on time.

Before you get all hyperbolic, legal decisions here only cover the state of Florida and they despite what you seem to love fearing, dont represent a change in the law.

... much of the evidence presented to him, he threw out.

I don't think the attorneys were so bad; just not as experienced, perhaps, as Felos and cronies

The original attorney eight nine years ago did a terrible job. That is why all of the appeals courts ruled against the Schindlers because Greer's court is the level that does finding of fact while the others just deal with findings of law. The Schindlers needed to prevail before Judge Greer. It was forgone conclusion that they were going to lose at the other levels.

Thank you. Let the memory of her be etched into our hearts.

Yes and thank you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if a person commits a fraud upon the court for the purpose of getting a court order to do something that was otherwise illegal, that person cannot use the court order to justify his actions.

If investigations confirm our misgivings, I heartily agree.

Check Florida law, it is still illegal to perform a mercy killing for any reason. Greer's recreation of the law allows it through starvation and de-hydration.

This judge, if it isn't Greer, needs to be impeached.

"The St. Petersburg Times and the Tampa Tribune had filed suit for the release of the abuse summaries, which covered 89 reports - the Times said Friday."

"But state Judge George Greer ruled Friday the records belong to DCF, and although Terri Schiavo's husband can have access to the abuse files, the records cannot be made public, The Associated Press reported."

Works for me! I should think that thumbing his nose at CONGRESSIONAL Subpoena's would be right up there in importance too!

WTF? What in the hell is WRONG with this JUDGE!!! Its an INVESTIGATION. Was Scott Peterson given access to the investigators files BEFORE he was charged?

We already know Michael threatens witnesses and makes them fear for their lives (Cyndi Brashers Shook)

I don't think the quality of the Schindler lawyers had any effect whatsoever on the proceedings. Greer simply ruled against everything that favored Terri. Period. The Schindlers could have been represented by Clarence Darrow, Daniel Webster, Oliver Wendell Holmes and the whole OJ defense team, and they still wouldn't have scored a point.

P.S. I think Pat Anderson did a tremendous job.
