Then rewrite the law to say that someones desires have to be in writing or to setup criteria for guardianship or to say that people in PVS have to be reviewed by a panel of truly reknown Neurologists and that atleast four of five must agree to pull feeding tube or plug or whatever. Your task is with the legistlature not the courts. The courts deal with what is given them.
