It would be profoundly good for most people in that troubled land if profoundly evil people sometimes became targets for lightening bolts.

I agree with Luke, I also agree with being a soldier. When Jerusalem is surrounded and the saints of God come forth, each one like 10,000 Davids to wreak havoc on those who have come to destroy the city, they are not offering the other cheek.

Context, effect, and the command of God is the question of the moment. I will turn the other cheek to help heal a mans offense, but if his intention is to only strike that cheek too, I might just take him off at the knees instead to protect the other sheep by me. That moment and instant decision is up to God.

I pray for the removal of some people for the sake of humanity. It's asking for God's mercy. Just like God has off'd some pretty bad people in the past. Look at Arafatty for instance.
