Greer ordered the removal of ALL NUTRITION and HYDRATION from Theresa Marie Schiavo. The order never even mentioned the feeding tube.

As I understand it Greer and MS decided that as a PVS by definition they managed to legally state Terri could not swallow which was B*;* S#@^ to begin with. He stated, unfrickenbelievably, that oral feeding of a PVS could cause them to choke and die and we can't have that when we are interested in a slow death that would have the attendees at the Roman Coliseum at their feet cheering for more. But that is consistent with Florida law.

If you look at the case legally it was done technically the right way. The way they got to be able to present this case as legal was nothing more than disgusting. Bottom line they were able to twist Florida law to make it legal.

Legal on face value. Hell yes. That's how it got through so many courts. The way they got there, immoral as hell!!

p.s. They have never explained how a person who can not swallow doesn't drool and why one of her death docs testified she could shallow. Bet he was fired.
