PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Medical examiners concluded an autopsy on Terri Schiavo on Friday, and prepared to release her remains to family members who continued to fight bitterly over the case of the brain-damaged woman who became the flashpoint for a nationwide debate over right-to-die issues.

"The examination included routine forensic autopsy procedures, supplemented by full post mortem X-rays," the Pinellas County, Fla., medical examiner's office said in a statement. "Terri Schiavo's remains are ready for release to the establishment selected by the legally authorized person, for purposes of final disposition. "

Hey snarky? Are you an ME or do you just play one on FR? You don't know what you're talking about.

McCain is an albatros around the neck of the Republican party.

That must be why the Bush Cheney 2004 campaign used McCain on the stump repeatedly.

Do you not recognize sarcasm when you see it? You do not know, and shouldn't be claiming to know, what the report is going to say. I'm sick of everyone who comes in contact with this case being smeared.

No doubt they will come up with a brain with evidence of "persistent vegetative state" and no evidence of abuse in the xrays to confirm their lies.

Kennedy men never expect to answer for their behavior.

In reading the book "Wedge" about the lack of cooperation between the CIA and FBI, going back to before the CIA was the CIA, I just read a section talking about how a young Ensign John F. Kennedy, then in Naval Intelligence, was having sex with the wife of a suspected Nazi spy. Of course he later shared women with members of the mafia. I guess he just didn't care about security and thought with his Richard, just like the rest of the Kennedy Klan.

I was under the impression the so called "husband" wanted the autopsy.

Actually it was required by Florida law under several conditions. You were however suppposed to get the "impression" that the HINO actually wanted it.

Please accept my apology, my emotions at times overwhelm rational thought, I was mistaken. Again this whole mess is just enough, I just want closure. My mistake.

I wonder if any of the docs involved here are on the board of the hospice she came from, contributed to Judge Greer, or are members of the (formerly known as) Hemlock Society.

>>>Wecht is a JFK assassination conspiracy nut. Like Randall Terry, Jessie Jackson et al., his presence detracts from, rather than adds credibility to any particular position<<<

uh huh
I had no idea Wecht was down in front of the hospice protesting like Randall Terry and Jessie Jackson. Gee, I just saw him a couple of times on FOX being asked about autopsy's, you know, what are the standard tests an ME usually does.
What about Baden???

Is a kook too to you?

Both Baden and Wecht said the EXACT same thing on different shows. I just assumed it was common knowledge among competent medical examiners.

But isn't it amazing that when you are going to cremate someone in Florida an autopsy is required but the Felo's spun it as something Schaivo wanted to do...makes me sick!!!

I don't find that too sickening. After all, it is a lawyer's job to be slimey.

What I do find sickening is that the Mainstrean Media passes on the spin without bothering to educate the Sheeple.

Snarky is correct regarding what was said - I heard the same - Preservation of the brain in it's entirety and after a month, collect samples from a number of regions to determine the amount of damage to each area of control and thought.

BTW Trust - I am not an ME. Does that also eliminate me from thinking or commenting on this matter? Perhaps you should think about what you are saying before hurling insults.

This is whacked!! Dr. Michael Boden was on Fox & Friends this morning and he said it'd take no sooner than June to get the definitive results from the brain tests.
