Pinellas Park, FL (LifeNews.com) -- Michael Schiavo plans to keep the location of where he will bury Terri Schiavo's ashes a secret and will prevent Terri's family from knowing. His brother told the media on Thursday that Terri's family would show up and cause a spectacle if they found out.
"If Mike knew they would come in peace, he would have no problem with it," Scott Schiavo, Michael Schiavo's brother, told AP.
A complete autopsy will be performed on Terri's body by the local county medical examiner's office. Once that is completed, Michael plans to have Terri's body cremated and her ashes buried in Pennsylvania.
Scott told the Associated Press the ashes will be buried in a burial plot left to Michael by an aunt and uncle.
"We've already said goodbye," Bobby Schindler said when asked about not knowing where his sister would be buried.
Concerning Michael's latest decision snubbing his family, Bobby said, "He's been doing this kind of stuff for 15 years. What would make him stop now?"
Terri's parents fought for years to stop the cremate, citing Terri's Catholic religious beliefs, and asked Judge George Greer to allow Terri to be buried in Florida, closer to her family. Greer declined both requests.
Terri's parents and her family did not discuss the burial issue during their remarks to the media following Terri's death. However, Paul O'Donnell, a Franciscan monk who has been helping the family during the last two weeks, said they would hold a Catholic mass for Terri even though they will not have her body present.
The mass will take place sometime next week.
A spokesman for the Pinellas County medical examiner's office said Terri's body would be given to Michael on Friday for the cremation process to begin.
The autopsy on Terri's body may yield a preliminary look in two to three days but the office will not have final results for two to three weeks.
He has serious karma problems. If he beat her into that state or even just for starving her, he'll pay. He already is paying. He's finished. No one would want to live in a 24/7 domestic security prison with a killer. The new woman will wake up eventually or...may even meet the same fate.
Just a thought.
Yesterday Felos repeatedly blamed Father Pavone for Michael's decision to keep the Schindler's family away from Terri at the moment of her death.
Felos Slams Fr. Pavone of Priests for Life (Accusing Him of Speaking "Venom"
Yesterday Felos said the Schindlers were not allowed in the room at the time of Terri's death because Bobby had had an altercation with a policeman and the policeman would have to have been present and Michael didn't want a policeman's presence to spoil Terri's peaceful death. *
Just now, Felos said on FoxNews that Bobby had asked that the Schindlers be allowed to be in the room with Michael and Terri and that a policeman be allowed in the room in order to keep peace between the opposing parties.
*How could Terri's peace be spoiled, if she had no awareness (as Schiavo's people said)?
He just keeps piling on the moves. If there is one iota of truth to anything he's said, he's certainly gone a long way to make it seem untrue. And just when you think he can't sink any lower, he manages to slither down a notch.
Part of being a good spouse is honoring the parents of your spouse.
Yes, it is ridicule. Where I come from ridiculing a killer is no crime. We can disagree. Seems like a very petty point.
I can think of nastier things to call him. Dork, maybe. Creepo. Kevorkio.
Can you imagine what this man's children are like? Shudder.
Perhaps his family called him by that name when he was younger. (Or maybe they called him "Mikey")
Geo. Felos and Judge Greer and Michael didn't "free Terri's soul from her disabled body." What they did was unleash the "hounds of heaven" and those dogs DO hunt.
Yo, Michael, you don't have to "watch your back" nearly as much as you need to "watch your soul."
Very well said. I think the only chance for reconcilliation between the Schindlers and Michael Schiavo is for him to admit he made a grave error and turn to God for forgiveness. Let's pray he does.
Michael Kevorkio seems appropriate. I may stick with that. Let's see what kind of internet run that gets. I can tell you from where I sit the Catholics here are LIVID about this shameful and demonic episode of the culture of death in the wasteland or post-Christian America.
Hey, I don't care if you ridicule him.... he deserves it. I was just saying that if you just call him by his real name, you will be believed and agreed with by more folks. Isn't that what you want?
Another question -- do Mafiosi believe in ghosts?
If the ME discovers unexplained trauma to her body, can he hold the body for further examination???
You are sounding like Bill Clinton. "There is not one shred of evidence that I boinked that woman". Greer has not allowed evidence. There has been a systematic cover-up for many years. Go through the threads on this for the last week or two, then try to stick up for an abusive spouse/killer. Over the next few months much more will be known especially if Greer is replaced by a competent jurist. Then the FDLE, and the investigators can finally do the right thing. Much too late for Terri, but not for future victims of madmen pretending to be loving husbands. The entire matter will also focus on Hospice-Euthanasia unholy misdiagnosis of their Patients, and abuse of federal monies from Medicare. There are reporters out there now clamoring for a Pulitzer on this fiasco.
I don't see ANY weakness in the anti-Michael ShEE-Ah-Voh position having the upper hand today or being "believed." Do you? His name is "mud" now. If all he escaped with for this was a few "Mikey boy" comments, he would be pretty darn lucky. He won't.
I hope that isn't true. It will take more than one day to do all the tests needed.
"Like the scumbag would ever go visit her.. I'm afraid he'll direct the ashes be given to a third party, and that person will have them interred."
The HINO just wants to get rid of any evidence that Terri ever existed. I have always thought that he would just throw her ashes into the trash and not "bury" her at all. I think it is all a smokescreen. Despicable.
Cover-up and stonewalling.
"I just pray he gets what he deserves."
Me, too -- if not in this life, in the next. The HINO will have to answer to a higher judge -- God.
