Pinellas Park, FL (LifeNews.com) -- Michael Schiavo plans to keep the location of where he will bury Terri Schiavo's ashes a secret and will prevent Terri's family from knowing. His brother told the media on Thursday that Terri's family would show up and cause a spectacle if they found out.
"If Mike knew they would come in peace, he would have no problem with it," Scott Schiavo, Michael Schiavo's brother, told AP.
A complete autopsy will be performed on Terri's body by the local county medical examiner's office. Once that is completed, Michael plans to have Terri's body cremated and her ashes buried in Pennsylvania.
Scott told the Associated Press the ashes will be buried in a burial plot left to Michael by an aunt and uncle.
"We've already said goodbye," Bobby Schindler said when asked about not knowing where his sister would be buried.
Concerning Michael's latest decision snubbing his family, Bobby said, "He's been doing this kind of stuff for 15 years. What would make him stop now?"
Terri's parents fought for years to stop the cremate, citing Terri's Catholic religious beliefs, and asked Judge George Greer to allow Terri to be buried in Florida, closer to her family. Greer declined both requests.
Terri's parents and her family did not discuss the burial issue during their remarks to the media following Terri's death. However, Paul O'Donnell, a Franciscan monk who has been helping the family during the last two weeks, said they would hold a Catholic mass for Terri even though they will not have her body present.
The mass will take place sometime next week.
A spokesman for the Pinellas County medical examiner's office said Terri's body would be given to Michael on Friday for the cremation process to begin.
The autopsy on Terri's body may yield a preliminary look in two to three days but the office will not have final results for two to three weeks.

He is going to have to change his name and relocate. The 24/7 security protection is going to drive him into bankruptcy. And, no doubt, the current woman and kids will be driven nuts by the prison lifestyle and want to flee.
He's finished as a human being. He should envy Scott the Fisherman who at least gets the protection of Death Row and the ACLU. For killing his wife, the cost is he will never be able to walk American streets again alone. He can never attend a public event without a high-price security detail.
His cult friends might take him in but even they may tire of this creep. A murder carries a lot of bad karma with it.

Can someone please explain to me, when he wanted to kill her based on her beliefs/wants,(according to him!) it was OK. But now, her religious beliefs (very valid, and easily proven) are being ignored??
There isn't one piece of evidence that says that Michael beat his wife into "unconscious brain damage" so it's impossible for me to play the pretend game.
I'm sorry if Felos has made you distraught. He's a lawyer and we should expect that he'd only portray his (clients) side of the story.

Gee, aside from giving them their daughter and paying his mortgage, what did the Schindler's ever do to a wonderful guy like Michael to cause so much hatred and desire to cause them harm?

The sad fact is that, even though he managed to publicly and cruelly murder Terri and routinely treats the family with overwhelming disdain and contempt, Michael cannot escape the real reason for the psychotic rage that he has carried out on the Schindler's - himself.
If I were his current honey, I'd be afraid - VERY afraid. As soon as Michael realizes that his self-hatred and self-contempt did not end with the murder of Terri, he will start seeking someone else to take his anger out on.
Maybe this time, we will actually be able to try and convict him of murder.
Unless Greer is the judge.

My cousin's name is Yvonne. She answers to Ya-vonne. She is very proud to "correct" people who address her as E-vonne.
This is not about pro-life,this is about anti wife beating sicko getting away with her torture murder. This is about abuse of handicapped citizns of all ages. When are you going to get it? people that are control freaks and abusers usual cannot see it in themselves or others of like mind. The whole Schiavo family remind me of crime family traditions. They are nasty and vindictive horrible excuses for humans. If you do not want to live in a less than perfect state of comfort,you have a choice. Terri was not given a choice,her abusive husband melted down her wedding rings,made a ring for himself,and cheated his way to getting her offed so he could move on.

Me thinks her family has, perhaps unknowingly, done likewise. In some ways they've been their own worst enemy.
This is not to say they did something wrong. Who knows what people will do to keep their child?
It seems though, the one person, MS, who could have helped them has been alienated even more by the parents actions....maybe not theirs alone but certainly by those who support them.
