Not at all. I don't think he did anything wrong because there was no evidence that he had foreknowledge of the Watergate break-in -- much less that he orchestrated it. His only sin was the cover-up in response to Congressional pressure.
Once Nixon assumed the presidency, he governed much like a liberal, eg. wage-price controls. He also chose a SOS (Kissinger) who counseled a policy amounting to gradual negotiated surrender to the soviets. I was no fan of President Nixon.
