Here's a no-brainer:
Florida has laws against bigamy.
Florida recognizes "common law" marriages.
Michael Schiavo is obviously the "husband" in a common law marriage.
Michael Schiavo has been recognized by numerous courts to be the "husband" of Terri Schiavo.

So, when will the arrest be made?

Sorry, Florida does not recognize common law marriage.

However, that does not obviate the clear conflict of interest of a "loving husband" carrying out his "wife's wishes" while going home to sleep with the mother of his two children. Absolutely ludicrous!
