On Thursday, March 24, the director of public affairs for "Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida sent an e- mail to advocates for the abortion operation telling them how to "express your appreciation" to Florida Republican senators who split with the GOP leadership by voting against a bill intended to save Terri Schiavo, according to David Bereit, national director of American Life League's STOPP International. The message listed the names and contact information for the six senators."Behold.
It has begun.
Let no one say.
...this comes as a *surprise*.

From the article:
that there should not be government intrusion, that the court should be the ones handling this issue, as it has, and so that's why I did it.Um, the court is part of the government.

I used to take rather fiendish delight in that myself until my children grew older and through them I met the children of many bugeyed liberal bloodsuckers, only to find out many of their children had grown to be straight, strong and patriotic in spite of all their efforts.
Imagine my patriotic conservative wife consoling a dimwitted libber whose fine young son had against her wishes, joined the marines.
Sadly, there is no good at all in the abortion mill.

It's not just crazy pro-lifers who see the connection between abortion and euthanasia--the killing of babies and the killing of useless eaters.

The original reports listed NINE Republican Senators who voted against the Bill that would have saved Terri.
Who are the SIX memtioned in the email from PP?
Does anyone know if Sen. Lisa Carlton of District 23 was one of the six? She was re-elected in 2004.
How about Sen. Mike Bennett from District 21 who was also re-elected in 2004?
Please offer any suggestions on how to find out the information I seek.

Mike Bennett has voted against all things Terri at every opportunity, and has plenty of other rotten votes under his belt. Good news--he is up for re-election in 2006 (elected in 2002). This was his first--and hopefully last--term.

I thought Bennett was re-elected in 2004......as other odd numbered districts.
I found their names on another thread.
After looking at the websites of the NINE Rinos it looks kie they all come up for a vote in 2006.
Here are the NINE RINOs to voted NO on the bill that would have saved Terri:
Senator JD Alexander Majority Whip Lake Wales
Senator Nancy Argenziano Crystal River/Ocala
Senator Michael S. "Mike" Bennett Bradenton

Senator Dennis L. Jones, D.C. Seminole

Mike Bennett is the RINO who sponsored the land grab bill (SB 2548) for private developers.
Neil Boortz picked up the story a year ago.
