Serendipitously, the Florida law governing end-of-life care was revised, effective Oct. 1, 1999, to the benefit of Michael Schiavo's petition to remove Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. Prior to this date, it was necessary for two physicians to determine the patient had a "terminal condition"

The Schindlers' contention of Schiavo's conflict of interest as Terri's guardian is medical evidence suggesting Terri may have been the victim of physical abuse. The report of a total-body bone scan done on Terri Schiavo while she was in a rehabilitation facility in March 1991 – 13 months after her collapse – describes what are known as "hot spots" suggestive of multiple fractures in her ribs, first lumbar vertebra, several thoracic vertebrae, both sacroiliac joints, and both knees and ankles, all deemed "presumably traumatic."

So, in addition to George W. Greer ordering the murder of Terri, we find that she has been abused as well.

What kind of guardian, who supposedly loves someone, knowingly allows them to be put to death in such a horrible fashion as dehydration, other than someone who has a deep and vicious hatred for that person. Michael's nursing training would have made him aware of what awaited Terri.

I can't help but think that Felos was just waiting for the right "Jane Roe" to come along. Did she ASK to become his Jane Roe? Maybe he channeled her innermost thoughts.

Shortly after the law went into effect, Terri entered a hospice designed for terminally ill people. Once she enetered she was a goner. Felos made sure all his ducks were in a row. He paid off the judge who initially ruled on this case.

Think of the hospice itself. It has approximately 78 beds that cost $5,000.00 per month, that's $60,000.00 per bed per year. All the beds bring in $4,680,000.00 per year. From what I understand, Medicaid pays for most of it.

In other words, WE paid for Terri's death.

Felos has made a pretty penny.

Michael Schiavo is the classic abusive husband, it is all about CONTROL. He had to exert control over her and her family until the end and even through the funeral arrangements. How long before his current "wife" ends up in an Emergency room with a "Potassium Imbalance?"

118 of those patients including Terri were in the Suncoast Hospice system illegally. The Dept. of HHS is persuing $15 million in Medicaid fraud from Suncoast and its Board of Directors.

In 1985, I was on a board setting up a pro-life pregnancy center right next door to an abortion clinic. Knowing what was happening on a daily basis just on the other side of the wall, and in order to lightnen up the meeting a bit, I said, "Well, if people don't wake up about what is going on next door we will be soon experiencing death centers where people will go to die and some may not go in willingly." Then, as we were sitting there, all of us verbalized what the euphemistic ads would sound like:

"Squeamish about doing it yourself, let US do it FOR you."

"If you don't want to die at home surrounded your plants and pets come by and see us."

"DEATH-R-US"

"A GENTLE GOOD-BYE"

Yeah, it brought a little levity at the time. Little did we know that the idea of a hospice become the death center.

One thing is for sure, Terri and her parents were really lucky to have this happen in this country and at this time in history. German parents in the 1930's had absolutely NO recourse to the media. There was no way for the world to know their suffering. We know Bob and Mary's suffering. And I do believe that a number of people on this day have decided to go to law school, study the Constitution and run for office or be a judge in order to make a true change in favor of life.

God have mercy on us all.

Please think about this. ONLY ONE doctor's opinion is required for this to happen to someone else. If I were a Senior Citizen in Florida, I would be VERY concerned. As a matter of fact, If I was in Florida for any reason, I'd be concerned. Get severly injured in an auto accident, and you're hopeless so, it's bye bye.. Watch for Congress or some legislative body to intoduce the 'lethal injection' option for the courts.

We don't want more 'messy' deaths like Terri's; it spoils everyone's re-election prospects. Think of Terri's death as your basic psychological promotional for life ending 'choice' via the quick and easy needle.'
