They are charged to uphold the Constitution and the Constitutional RIGHTS of EVERY citizen. How more BLATANTLY could an innocent citizens rights be violated or the Constitution be THWARTED??? Furthermore, The ROGUE JUDGES totally disregarded the direction of Congress. The EXECUTIVE BRANCH, considering all the JUDICIAL violations of the RULE OF LAW, the CONSTITUTION, and the directives of Congress, had every right to step in and enforce the CONSTITUTION and CONGRESSIONAL directives.

If the executive branch does not step in and enforce the Constitution when it is violated and ignored, who will?

I thought that the congress and president stepped in. They were ignored.

I guess he could have called out the national guard as Eisenhauer did in Little Rock in the 50s to segregate the school there, but clearly there was violation of the law.

I'm less sure here, esp if no court federal or otherwise says there was.

Had any of the federal courts intervened it would have been different.

Still, I'm not blaming our president.
