I expect we'll be hearing lots of calls for both Bushes' impeachment over the weekend. I can almost guarantee you that the Rats here in Florida will at least take a long hard look at impeaching Jeb Bush, figuring that they'll have strong support for the idea from the right if they act quickly.

Right now I'd say they've probably figured that part out correctly.

Blaming President Bush for Terri's Death, is like blaming FDR for the Holocaust because he didn't order the bombing of Auschwitz.

Exactly. He sincerely wanted, and got legislation passed, that would allow the Supreme Court to take another look at this case, knowing a legal coo was alive and well on Florida. The Judges at the Supreme Court let the president, and everyone in America, down. A Constitutional right to legal representation as well as life, was denied.
We need to fix the courts. That should be our life time goal. We should direct our energies to that cause, rather than hanging our own for something else not done.

We should be reasoning why the Executive and Legislative branch of the Government is so ineffective. More important is just who appointed the justice department the effective rulers of the Country.
